CANCELLATION POLICY

At Noor Reflexology, we value our time and yours. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, please review our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked service fee.
• No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.

2. Late Arrivals:

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Emergency Exceptions:

• If you need to cancel due to genuine emergencies or illness, please inform us as soon as possible.
• We understand that emergencies happen and will review rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
