By booking an appointment with Noor Reflexology, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Bookings:
- Clients must book in advance through our online booking system or via phone.
- A deposit may be required for certain sessions or promotions.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in.
2. Payment & Pricing:
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, card, and online payments.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the quoted price at the time of booking.
- Any promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined unless specified.
3. Health & Contraindications:
- Clients must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to their session.
- Reflexology is not a medical treatment and does not replace professional healthcare.
- Noor Reflexology reserves the right to refuse service if a condition is deemed unsuitable for treatment.
4. Client Conduct:
- Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment required.
- Clients must maintain personal hygiene for a comfortable and pleasant experience.
